Action for Happiness helps people take action for a happier and more caring world

Our patron is The Dalai Lama and our members take action to increase wellbeing in their homes, workplaces, schools and local communities. Our vision is a happier world, with fewer people suffering with mental health problems and more people feeling good, functioning well and helping others. Courses are run across the country, and there are plenty of online self help tools. 

Everyone's path to happiness is different. Based on the latest research, we have identified 10 Keys to Happier Living that consistently tend to make life happier and more fulfilling. Together they spell "GREAT DREAM".

For each of the ten you'll find information, questions, resources and suggested actions to help apply them in your daily life.
